Managing your emotions

As the lockdown drags on, more people are seeking EFT. Numerous clients have told me how they’ve been tapping frequently on their own to overcome stress and anxiety. My friends and family also know EFT and rely on it for emotional release and calmness. I rely on it too. It’s been like a soothing balm at times of distress.

You might find that old hurts are coming to the surface, new issues are cropping up, fear about the pandemic is looming large, and having to stay in one place is bringing up its own set of issues like frustration with family members, spousal conflicts and issues with your children. There is grief for losing the old way of life and to top it all there is uncertainty about when will it end. It’s a difficult situation for everyone and the sooner we acknowldge the impact it’s having on us and do something about it, the better it will be for us.

Keeping all this in mind, I’ve designed two courses to help you with what you’re facing.

1) Dissolving volatile negative emotions in a healthy manner. And that can’t be done without having a good understanding of what emotions are and what vital pieces of information they carry to help us change.

2) Learning a transformative tool for self-regulation and managing emotions.
An interactive online workshop. This can also be used as a pre-requisite for the Live EFT L1 & 2 workshop that will follow once the pandemic seems to be in control.

9:30 am – 12:30 am IST
