EFT is a valuable self-help tool. Being an effective energy based psycho-therapeutic  tool, it can easily address acute as well as chronic emotional and physical problems. It is based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and modern Psycho-therapeutic tools. EFT renounces the usage of any drugs in all its procedures and hence there are no side effects. It is backed by rigorous scientific research.

AAMET, the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Techniques, or AAMET International,  is a non-profit association founded in 1999.  AAMET is a member of GRCCT (General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies).

The training is experiential, allowing you to build your skills step by step while working on a range of issues. It  will give you a thorough introduction to EFT and help you become confident in applying EFT on yourself, family and friends. EFT utilizes acupressure points and other psycho-therapeutic techniques to give you freedom from painful memories, cravings, physical issues and trauma.

In this small group training, the number of participants is strictly limited to 5 trainees, allowing for individual attention.

On completion of the workshop, you will receive AAMET’s certificate of attendance. This does not confer practitioner status.  This is the first step towards becoming a certified Practitioner. The next step is to attend a level 2 workshop and meet the AAMET requirements. I will also be providing a EFT Level 1 manual that will cover everything you’ve learnt in the workshop.
